All products are delivered in Switzerland and Internationally by the Swiss Post registered mail. Swiss Post offers a very reliable service. However, occasionally there may be a delay in delivery or the parcel is lost in transit. In the case of delayed delivery over the estimated delivery date contact info@darlingcheriejewellery.com. We will contact Swiss Post to trace the parcel. A parcel trace may take up to twenty one (21) days including the first day of the tracing.
